What actually drives pest control website cost

Five variables move the needle far more than the rest:

1. Service-area page count. Each city/neighborhood page is ~$120–$250 in copy + on-page SEO. A 30-city service area is a $3,600–$7,500 line item before anyone designs a homepage.

ServiceTitan / FieldRoutes microsite. Bundled with your CRM but locked in. You don't own the site, and migrating off later costs $4,500–$8,000.

For premium WP performance — useful if you're spending $5K+/mo on Google Ads and care about Core Web Vitals — Kinsta at $35/mo is worth the upgrade.
